What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX along with most types of Visa Debit, Electron, solo, etc. If you are thinking of using our service more regularly, we would be happy to setup a credit account for you.
When do I pay? If you are paying by credit / debit cards, a £30 deposit is taken with your booking. The balance will be taken the day prior to your trip. If you have a credit account, then you will receive an invoice immediately following your trip. All invoices must be paid within 14 days from date of Invoice.
What extra costs are involved? Absolutely none. The price we quote to you will be fixed and, subject to VAT, this will be the price you pay. We even allow for minor diversions or short stops on your journey, should you need to, without any increase in the original price quoted.
Will the driver be on time? We will discuss your individual requirements for each trip and carefully prepare your journey prior to collection, taking into consideration road conditions, accidents, detours, etc. Not only will we arrive at the agreed time, we will also call you just before pick up to confirm our arrival.
